The Noe Valley Merchants & Professional Association is seeking ...we need more than the 4 people currently involved. We have created tools in order to easily approach the stores around you and help organize the street into a beautiful holiday affair! There are many more reasons to become a block captain this year, including being the first to know about things!We don't know what things you can know, but hopefully you can find out whether the NVMPA will use pretty LEDs this year.
