You know when I'm walking around Noe, if I see someone talking on their phone and driving, I make a point to wag my finger at them and do the hand thing like a phone.
Some people get pretty upset and glare back at me. One woman, in a Volvo, yakking away on her phone yelled out the window: "what's your problem?"
Of course I said. "You, honey, get off your damn phone, it's against the law."
