Still organizing, but Phoenix Books is open for business at 3957 24th St. Piles of books everywhere, but the new kids' reading room in the back is open and the stalls are out front.

I'm so glad they kept the "free" box out front - I like to donate my nice, current magazines to it! After my errands are done, I usually peek into the box on my way home and the mags are already gone. Love it!
(I once asked the staff if I could do this and they said YES! and asked if they could attack my pile before I dropped it in the box.)
