453 Hill Street was bought in 2011 for $1.4M, sold two and a half years later for $3.8M. Tidy profit! Looks to have been extensively renovated up to a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, probably an in-law arrangement in the lower level. Here's a listing with photos.
