we bought the noe valley home with the naked neighbor...or another similar neighbor in 11/2009. we then did a one year gut remodel.
we thought of using diving score cards to let him know his naked walking and exercising biking, ass to the window, wasn't going to faze us.
he eventually tired of his game or looked in a mirror or moved. not sure which. sometimes i kinda miss him.
We had a naked neighbor too, in the apartment building at Church & 23rd. He liked to iron naked, which seemed dangerous to us...? I think he's moved on though, haven't seen him in years.
