"A kiosk"? lol...Rachel Swann at it again. First she circumvents a retail zoning law to put her real estate office in the old Stained Glass shop location, now she's gonna bolt for a different neighborhood. Oh, wait a minute, I forget that her new dog lounge that used all the backyard space from the building without getting the proper permitting is here to stay on 24th st. Rachel Swann is the worst kind of gentrifier, one who does it with a smile.
