The Tenderloin could be cleaned up just like NY's Times Square was if we had a strong Mayor who held SFPD accountable. This practice of containment of drug dealing, etc. in any part of SF needs to end. This needs to be made an issue in the next Mayorial election no matter where voters live.
I've seen people shooting up right in my front stairs & I live on Jersey street. The guy in front of Walgreens is a junkie. He is just more discreet.
