When the South Bay companies refused my reasoned requests to move the shuttles off residential streets like Noe where they rattle my windows until after 10pm and onto more arterial ones, I knew we were in for a battle. SFMTA's approach is right and we need to have these monstrosities off our narrow streets. But they are a great idea so we have to find a way to make it work. Hubs would be a great solution if only MUNI were adequate. That's what needs to be worked on next (yeah, it's a continuous battle to improve MUNI).
