Does anyone know why Cesar Chavez Street is being torn up again on both sides at Guerrero St.? It seems like a big waste of our taxes given they just finished years of redoing that major street. This is on top of the traffic headaches it causes.
I don't know, but sometimes I think the city and state and federal government has Soooo much extra money to spend they just throw it wherever they can, they are replacing curb cuts where they did it just a couple years ago, It is ridiculous.
I thought California was almost broke. The streets are a disaster; pot holes, ruts, temporary construction covers and barriers, doest leave a very good impression. Kind of looks like the suburbs in Iraq's war torn neighborhoods.
