  2. I wonder what is attracting new financial institutions to Noe when there is such a big, established presence / competition already? As much as I deplore seeing empty storefronts (and feel for landlords with no tenants), I can't see how Circle Bank could develop a viable customer base here in Noe -- or for that matter, how Noe could benefit from Circle Bank. And I wonder why we are not attracting the types of wished-for businesses / restaurants that have been enumerated in previous posts?

  3. guess what neighbors? you might start attracting some "wished for" businesses if so many of you stop complaining about such mundane things as.....well....say the color of the outside of La Boulange?

    just saying.

    - Huh? What kind of non-sequitur is this? Believe me, it's not like some piss-inducing terror of people complaining about shop colors are what's keeping new businesses from springing up in the neighborhood. Let's get a little more real here, shall we? Enough with the stupid colors already!
