ReplyDeleteJust want to point out that the only clean bus in that picture is Muni's 24 Divis bus (electric). Muni spent millions to take the diesel #24s off the line decades ago…..
Now those of us that live on Castro St have to deal with giant loud tech busses spewing their fumes into our windows. Tech people….how about asking for something smaller, quieter and more environmentally clean to ride to work/home in???

ReplyDeleteFor about the last month, I've seen people sleeping on the streets in Noe Valley everyday - usually on 24th St. when I walk to work in the morning but also on residential blocks at odd times. Before a month ago, I saw this maybe 5 times in 15 years but now, suddenly, it's every day.
What do people think about that? I'm not happy to see this in our neighborhood and I hope that it's not the first step in Noe Valley going bad the way the Castro has in the last two years. Does that make me a bad person?
