Front Page: Evie Chen wins James Lick spelling bee; 93-year-old Carl Jensen dies while fighting eviction from his home of 63 years on 26th St.; Blue Bear Music offers music classes for 5+ year olds in Noe Valley.
Letters: A neighbor writes that Hawaiian Airlines (specifically the flight from SFO to Honolulu) is the worst offender for local airplane noise; the library amnesty program brought in 135 overdue items to the Jersey St branch; Noe Valley's 24th St post office completely sold out of pre-stamped U.S. postcards as locals joined other Americans in contacting our Washington representatives.
Cost of Living in Noe: February was a slow month for sales; the most expensive sale was a $4,025,000 TIC on a corner lot on Valley St.
