This is the exact reason I am opposed to businesses flyering doors, cars and hanging out to people. Most of the time they end upon the sidwalk. If it is obvious that the company is responsible they should be fined.
A bigger problem is the number of cigarette butts I see every day on my walks around the neighborhood. Perhaps some of the cig tax should go to sidewalk sweeping.
I thought the same thing on my run this morning. I recycled three of these things today.

easy answer: vote against their slate.
