  2. This is the exact reason I am opposed to businesses flyering doors, cars and hanging out to people. Most of the time they end upon the sidwalk. If it is obvious that the company is responsible they should be fined.

  3. A bigger problem is the number of cigarette butts I see every day on my walks around the neighborhood. Perhaps some of the cig tax should go to sidewalk sweeping.

  6. The DPW says you can stop handbills at your address by posting a sign according to specs.

    While you're at it, you can stop the Examiner here.
