ReplyDeleteGood point - its probably better to have cranky "old timers" who do nothing but tell stories about how great Noe was in the old days before god forbid, "breeders" came to Noe Valley. Even worse, they actually wanted a good grocery story, not that piece of junk that used to be Bell Foods.

ReplyDeleteCome on folks....Noe Valley residents should be proud that we are a neighborhood where people choose to live even though they certainly can afford to live somewhere else (like Pac Hts or Palo Alto?).
ReplyDeleteNeighborhood residents fought for remodeled parks, to keep and remodel our little library, to have clean sidewalks and a great grocery store and now people want to raise their children here. Whoppee..this is a good thing
