Update: Circle Bank

More: "At 3936-3938 24th St., the bank will be adjacent to a new Whole Foods Market scheduled to open in the fall. President and Chief Executive Officer Kim Kaselionis said the branch...is scheduled to open by year’s end, depending on regulatory approval."
