    Well, duh, she's a psychic. She'll know whether you've seen the ad and will give you the $5 discount accordingly.

    Why you need to call her for an appointment is beyond me. Shouldn't she know?

    Are landlords really getting more money in rent from psychics, etc., than they were from the other businesses that got pushed out because of rising rents? Wild.

    I highly doubt that there will be any Porn or Pawn shops coming soon to 24th street. However, if you think about it the Porn might not bad idea. There are already a few pet supply shops for those with animals. I think the adults need a specialized shop as well (just looks of the side walks during the weekend when mothers and fathers ae pushing double and triple wide stroller). I wonder which location would be best. The old movie rental store, former storefront for Phoenix Books, GNC Riza Camera, AAA, Riki, Glare. I might have to form a business plan!

    Maybe Good Vibrations wants to open up on 24th Street...though with all the double- and triple-wide strollers, do we need more porn or more birth control in Noe Valley??
