This Week At The Planning Commission

The imminent Planning Commission spotlight will soon belong to 369 Duncan, between Sanchez & Church. This small Victorian teardown just came on the market for $825,000. I'll be writing a bit about its prospects on Monday in my Inside SF Real Estate blog (http://insidesfre.wordpress.com).--Eileen
