The property is located within a RH-2 (Residential House, Two-Family) District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District.
Preliminary Recommendation: Take Discretionary Review and disapprove.
Was the house originally built as a single family dwelling, and if so, why would it matter if they owner wanted to 'merge' it back?
ReplyDeleteNo idea on this house, but it looks like it was originally an SFR. The Planning Commission doesn't really care about historical use, though. I'll put together a post about unit mergers.
